We place immense value on maintaining long term relationships with our customers. West End makes innovation for our customers possible. This process also continues even after the products have left our factory.

Test facilities

West End has various modern testing facilities for performing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT). We can carry out leak and vacuum tests in our cleanroom. Of course we can also perform thermal tests for cryogenic conditions or high temperatures.

Our engineering department has 3D measuring equipment, including a modern optical laser tracker for large manufactured products that require a high degree of accuracy.

Our quality inspectors can also use our 3D measurement arm. We use it to check the geometry by probing the geometry of a product, based on the production and working drawings.

Field staff

West End has well equipped mobile workshops for installation and maintenance work on site. Our field staff thus support you in installing and commissioning production units.
The field staff are also prepared to remedy malfunctions and perform (regular) maintenance and repairs on our customised solutions on site. The West End field staff can even carry out modifications of parts on site.

Secondment

In some cases our service extends beyond maintenance and installation on site. Our people can be seconded to your company for long term and large projects. Moreover, we are always keen to be close to the customer. Our business location in Noordwijk, for example, is within a stone’s throw of various customers.

International transport

Of course we also supply our customised solutions abroad. West End ships and supervises the machines, tanks and piping, test and HSE facilities and precision frames we make around the world. Our service team provides support for the installation, worldwide if necessary.

Our manufactured products are packaged securely and shipped in collaboration with approved carriers. And obviously supplied with the requisite papers and product documentation
